What counts as a recovery
A fee is only charged when all four hold. The rules are shown here, not buried.
Verified human
Only carts the bot filter classified as human are eligible. Bots and suspicious carts are never billed.
Last-touch
The recovery message must be the last marketing touch before checkout. If another channel closed it, Hapee does not claim it.
7-day window
The order must complete within 7 days of the recovery message. After that the attribution expires.
Refunds excluded
If the order is refunded within 30 days, the recovery is reversed and the fee removed. You pay on revenue that sticks.
